Job description

Established in 1995, Cutting Edge Decorative Concrete thrives with team-oriented, growth-focused, and high-intelligence individuals. If you are a hands-on person looking to gain valuable experience or utilize an existing skillset in the epoxy and concrete coatings industry, this is the position for you.

Qualifications:

  • Valid driver’s license is REQUIRED
  • Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
  • General construction knowledge is a plus.
  • Must pass Basic Construction Math Assessment.
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
  • High school diploma/GED REQUIRED.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and get along with others.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule.
  • Ability to follow instruction and learn from constructive criticism.
  • Must be able to list 50 pounds minimum.
  • Must be able to do physical activity.

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday - 7 am to 4 pm (typically between these hours but can vary)

Experience:

Construction - At least 6 months of professional flooring, concrete and/or construction experience.

Work Location:

Office/Shop located at 4767 Brecksville Road, Richfield, OH 44286.

Jobsite locations vary. Company vehicles will be used for transportation to and from the jobsite.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Installation of both Epoxy & Decorative Concrete Floor coatings including: metallic epoxy, solid color epoxy, flake/mosaic chip flooring, stamped concrete overlays, concrete patch and repair, and more.
  • Floor preparation - including diamond grinding and shot blasting, repairs to cracks and patching.
  • Performing work on both small and large projects, both residential and commercial.
  • Ensure & maintain strict compliance with all health and safety rules and regulations.
  • Strive to meet and exceed production goals.
  • Shooting for 100% customer satisfaction at all times. This includes satisfaction with your personal performance on-site including but not limited to: appropriate language, demeanor, participation in job tasks, and more.

Pay: up to $30.00 per hour (performance-based)

Expected hours: 35-45 per week
