About the Job

Kitchen & Floor Decor is a leading construction and renovation company specializing in multi-family housing, affordable housing, and private projects across Massachusetts. We are looking for a Project Manager to support our growing operations team.


This role will focus on kitchen, cabinet, countertop, flooring, and renovation projects, managing them from estimate request to closeout with a strong emphasis on accuracy, timelines, quality, and client communication.


Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.

• Coordinate with property managers, maintenance teams, and other stakeholders to understand project needs.

• Utilize 20/20 Design Software to create, review, and refine project layouts and designs.

• Accurately measure square footage for installation and renovation purposes.

• Plan and schedule project phases, including resource allocation and timeline management.

• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and address any issues.

• Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to maintain high standards of service and quality.

• Maintain detailed project documentation and reports.


Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in construction project management, renovation coordination, cabinetry, countertops, flooring, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of measurements, layouts, materials, and installation processes.
  • Experience with 2020 Design Software / 2020 Design Flex preferred.
  • Experience with Builder Prime or similar project management software is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to follow structured workflows.
  • OSHA 10 certification is a plus or must be obtained after start date if required.
