Job description

Senior Paid Media Manager (Enterprise B2B SaaS)

Decisions Bogotá, District of Columbia, United States

About this position

Why Decisions

At Decisions, we help organizations make work easier through intelligent process orchestration. Our platform brings workflows, rules, approvals, and AI together so teams can simplify complex processes, move faster, and focus on the work that matters most. Behind that platform is a team of curious, collaborative people who take ownership, support one another, and care about creating real impact for our customers. If you’re excited by meaningful work, smart teammates, and opportunities to grow, Decisions could be a great place for you.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Paid Media Manager to join our Marketing team.

This is a high-impact, high-ownership role at the center of our growth engine. You will own and scale our global paid media strategy, directly influencing pipeline and revenue.

You’ll manage a significant portion of the marketing budget and be accountable for turning that investment into measurable business outcomes. You will partner closely with Marketing, Revenue Operations, Sales, and leadership to build programs that perform across complex enterprise sales cycles.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on accountability, moves comfortably between strategy and execution, and is motivated by delivering results that matter.

What You’ll Own
  • Own and scale a full-funnel paid media strategy across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit, and emerging platforms
  • Manage a substantial budget with clear accountability for pipeline, efficiency, and return on ad spend
  • Plan, launch, and continuously optimize campaigns that align with our demand generation strategy to drive high-quality pipeline
  • Partner with Revenue Operations to strengthen attribution, offline conversion tracking, and CRM feedback loops
  • Collaborate across Demand Gen, Product Marketing, Content, Creative, Events, and BDR teams to execute integrated campaigns and ABM programs
  • Analyze performance, surface insights, and influence decisions through clear, data-driven recommendations
  • Lead audience strategy, keyword development, and A/B testing to improve conversion rates at every stage of the funnel
  • Stay current on emerging AI technologies and trends, and adjust strategies to improve results
What You Bring
  • 6 or more years of experience managing paid media in enterprise B2B SaaS environments with long, complex sales cycles and multi-buyer journeys
  • Deep expertise in Google Ads across Search, Performance Max, Display, Demand Gen, and video
  • Proven success running multi-channel campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and Reddit
  • Strong understanding of attribution, UTMs, offline conversion tracking, and B2B performance measurement
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large budgets and consistently improve pipeline generation, cost per opportunity, and ROI
  • Sharp project management, analytical thinking, and the ability to translate performance data into clear business impact
  • A strong self-starter with a sense of ownership and accountability, with a bias toward action and results
Bonus Points
  • Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and HubSpot
  • Experience using AI-powered advertising tools and optimizing campaigns for Google's latest AI Search and GEO capabilities

At Decisions, we want our employees to feel supported, connected, and able to do their best work.

  • Competitive compensation and performance-based incentives.
  • Comprehensive health and wellness benefits.
  • Flexible work environment with opportunities for remote or hybrid work.
  • Professional development, learning, and certification support.
  • Collaborative, high-growth culture with opportunities to make a meaningful impact.
  • Paid time off, company holidays, and employee recognition programs.
