Deburring Jobs (NOW HIRING)

We are seeking a skilled Deburring Technician to join our team, focusing on deburring machined parts and assisting machinists in their tasks.

• Deburr machined parts to ensure smooth finishes and precision.
• Assist machinists in setting up and operating milling machines and CNC machines.
• Measure, examine, or test completed units to check for defects and ensure conformance to specifications using precision instruments such as micrometers and calipers.
• Align and secure holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories, or materials onto machines.
• Monitor the feed and speed of machines during the machining process to ensure optimal performance.

• Experience in setting up machines, including milling machines and CNC machines.
• At least 1 year of deburr experience.
• Proficiency in using precision instruments such as micrometers and calipers.

• Ability to work with precision and attention to detail.
• Strong understanding of machining processes and equipment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wichita, KS.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
