Experienced Tax Resolution Administrative Assistant (Remote)


Company Overview

Larson Financial is a family-owned and operated business specializing in comprehensive tax resolution and tax preparation services for individuals and businesses. With a proven track record of success and a commitment to client satisfaction, we are seeking an Experienced Tax Resolution Administrative Assistant to support a Tax Resolution Associate-led team.


This is not an entry-level position. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a tax resolution environment and a strong understanding of IRS and state tax relief processes. We are looking for a professional who can contribute immediately, work independently, and provide exceptional support to clients facing tax debt, collection actions, or non-filing issues.


Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to Tax Resolution Associates, including calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
  • Prepare and coordinate client correspondence, financial documentation, and resolution packages.
  • Gather and organize information required for tax resolution cases.
  • Communicate with clients regarding case status, document requests, and next steps.
  • Handle incoming calls and emails, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Maintain accurate and organized client records and case files.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient case progression and exceptional client service.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the resolution process.


Qualifications


Required Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or support role within a tax resolution firm.
  • Working knowledge of tax resolution terminology, IRS collection procedures, and common resolution programs.
  • Ability to navigate tax resolution cases with minimal training and supervision.
  • Experience managing multiple client cases and maintaining detailed records in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency with cloud-based software; Salesforce experience is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
