Location: Sparks, NV
Status: Full-Time | Onsite | Monday–Friday (occasional weekends/holidays)

We’re seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to keep our Sparks facility operating smoothly. This hands-on role supports our operations and warehouse teams by maintaining and repairing building systems and equipment.

What You’ll Do
  • Perform routine and preventative maintenance (electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing)
  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues
  • Conduct inspections and maintain service records
  • Ensure safety compliance and maintain clean, organized workspaces
  • Assist with equipment installs, upgrades, and vendor coordination
  • Collaborate with warehouse and production teams to support projects
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in building/facility maintenance (electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing)
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and safety mindset
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Professional, courteous, and collaborative attitude
Requirements:Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening (safety-sensitive role)
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, technical manuals, and complex instructions
  • Strong comprehension of written materials (checklists, memos, etc.)
  • Basic math skills (whole numbers, fractions, decimals)
  • Ability to follow written, verbal, and diagrammed instructions
  • Skilled with hand and power tools
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics software
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication (written and verbal)
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and teams
Minimum Qualifications
  • 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent (technical certifications preferred)
  • Hands-on experience with equipment and systems maintenance (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, mechanical)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with accommodations or support
  • OSHA-compliant forklift training/certification preferred
  • Certification in electrical, plumbing, or HVAC is a plus
