Job description

Shift 3pm to 1am (includes $2.00 per hour shift differential)

Wrap finished skids from shred room operations and stage in warehouse with electric pallet jack. Using Forklift, supplies shred operation with all needed supplies and puts away all finished good production following Put-Away Rules.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities (General):

  1. Follow all safety requirements & wear proper PPE
  2. Follow all DFA GMP's and work in a manner consistent with all corporate and regulatory, food safety, quality, and sanitation requirements. Inform QA personnel of any quality issues
  3. The requirements herein are intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by employee, but is not a complete list of responsibilities, duties, and skills required. Other duties may be assigned as required

Duties and Responsibilities (Forklift Operator):

  1. Follows Put-Away Rules (Sales Orders stored together and in minimum number of bins).
  2. Make sure all finished products skids and palleted samples get scanned into SAP Warehouse Management via put-away (LM02) and physically places them in the rack system
  3. Supply all packaging materials needed for Pack-Off and packaging and raw materials needed for the machine operators and cheese openers. Scans those materials that are Warehouse Managed into production staging locations for consumption.
  4. Verify raw materials picked are chosen from the Pick List provided and mark off as used
  5. Make sure all packaging and raw materials that are Warehouse Managed that return to storage get scanned properly.
  6. Ensures cleanliness of cooler by picking up all pallet wood debris or packaging/ingredient materials that fell during driver's transport of said items.
  7. Downstacks Corrugate for transport to Pack-off

Duties and Responsibilities (Wrapper):

  1. Checks that the correct labels, dates, pallets, and box sizes are being used and ensures case count is correct before wrapping skids
  2. Make sure all non-palleted samples placed on wire racking (2S011) get scanned into SAP Warehouse Management via put-away (LM02)
  3. Delivers wrapped finished skids to the cooler staging them for put-away
  4. Ensures the proper SAP inventory GR tag is placed on new Finished Good production (Production Date, Customer, Sales Order, and Process Order match Production List provided).
  5. Performs all Goods Receipts of new Finished Good pallets (ZFTG2410) and Sample pallets (MIGO_GO).
  6. Cancels improperly received pallets in SAP (using LT22 and MIGO_GO).
  7. Tracks current process order by line and provides updates on command of current pallet
  8. Ensures that process orders are completed in full before production continues to next process order.
  9. Notes Over Run amounts or Under Production amounts to SAP Data Entry.
  10. Ensures cleanliness of Wrapper station and picks-up any debris caused from transport of supplies
  11. Utilizes downtime to assist packers and stackers and/or tapes tote lids
