How much do dean pharmacy jobs pay per hour?
What is the difference between Dean Pharmacy vs Pharmacist?
| Aspect | Dean Pharmacy | Pharmacist |
|---|---|---|
| Credentials | Pharmacy degree, license, possibly managerial training | Pharmacy degree, license, continuing education |
| Work Environment | Pharmacy management, overseeing staff, administrative tasks | Dispensing medications, patient consultations, clinical advice |
| Industry Usage | Pharmacy chains, hospitals, educational institutions | Community pharmacies, hospitals, clinics |
While both roles require a pharmacy degree and licensing, a Dean Pharmacy typically oversees pharmacy operations and staff, focusing on management and education, whereas a Pharmacist primarily dispenses medications and provides patient care.
