Position Overview
We're looking for a Service & Parts Manager to join our startup team and help shape the foundation of our service operation. This position is responsible for coordinating between customers, technicians, and the sales team to ensure efficient, transparent, and high-quality service experiences.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a growing dealership environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a small team by creating schedules and supervising all work performed
  • Write detailed repair orders for technician diagnosis and repair of internal vehicles
  • Communicate technician findings, recommendations, and estimates clearly and professionally
  • Order, receive, and track parts for repairs and internal reconditioning work
  • Coordinate repair timelines and priorities with technicians and the Sales Manager
  • Maintain accurate service and parts records in the DMS system (Autosoft experience preferred)
  • Track and schedule pickups for used fluids and scrap parts
  • Monitor work in progress and follow up to ensure timely completion
  • Maintain a clean and organized parts and service workspace
  • Proactively identify process improvements and assist in developing standard operating procedures as the department grows
Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in a dealership service or parts role required
  • DMS Knowledge: Autosoft experience is a plus
  • Skills: Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities
