Service Advisor – Motoplex USA

As a service team member, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experience while driving dealership success. If you’re results-driven, customer-focused, and ready to make an impact, we want to hear from you. 
The Powersports Service Advisor serves as the primary point of contact between customers and the service department. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, accurately documenting service needs, coordinating repairs with technicians, and managing manufacturer warranty and recall claims. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced powersports environment, communicates clearly and professionally, and ensures seamless service experience from intake through completion while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. 
Powersports Service Advisor Responsibilities 
  • Greet customers promptly and professionally in a friendly, welcoming manner 
  • Accurately collect customer and unit information, including motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, PWCs, and power equipment 
  • Listen carefully to customer concerns and document detailed service requests for technicians 
  • Communicate recommended repairs, maintenance needs, parts availability, pricing, and estimated completion times 
  • Process and administer manufacturer warranty and recall claims in compliance with OEM guidelines 
  • Verify warranty coverage, obtain required approvals, and ensure proper documentation is completed 
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the service experience 
  • Complete all assigned tasks efficiently while maintaining accurate service and warranty records 
  • Monitor the progress of each unit throughout the day and proactively update customers on status changes 
  • Review and clearly explain all completed work, warranty coverage, and charges to customers 
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience that strengthened brand loyalty in a high-energy powersports environment 
What We’re Looking For 
  • Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred 
  • Friendly, outgoing personality with the ability to professionally handle customer concerns 
  • Working knowledge of powersports, automotive design, and mechanical systems 
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment 
  • Excellent customer service and sales skills 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both in person and over the phone 
  • Proven ability to listen, identify customer needs, and recommend appropriate services to enhance customer satisfaction and dealership sales
