Part-Time Lot Porter - Vehicle Inventory & Lot Operations
Lincoln of Bloomington
Position Type: Part-Time (Approximately 20 Hours per Week)
Schedule: Flexible Hours
Position Summary
Lincoln of Bloomington is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Part-Time Lot Porter to help maintain the appearance and organization of our vehicle inventory. This position plays a vital role in ensuring our dealership lot is clean, organized, and ready to provide an exceptional experience for our customers.
The ideal candidate is comfortable driving a wide variety of vehicles, has excellent spatial awareness, and is confident maneuvering vehicles in tight spaces while maintaining the highest level of care.
Responsibilities
  • Maintain the overall appearance and organization of new and pre-owned vehicle inventory.
  • Move vehicles throughout the dealership lot, showroom, service drive, and storage areas.
  • Park and maneuver vehicles safely in tight spaces without causing damage.
  • Ensure vehicles are parked according to dealership standards and merchandising plans.
  • Inspect inventory for cleanliness and notify management of any damage or maintenance concerns.
  • Install license plates, stock tags, and window stickers as needed.
  • Assist with preparing vehicles for customer deliveries and dealership displays.
  • Keep parking areas clean, organized, and free of debris.
  • Assist with snow removal around vehicles during winter months when necessary.
  • Support the sales and service departments with vehicle transportation and other lot-related duties.
  • Follow all dealership safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Comfortable driving both cars and large SUVs/trucks.
