Job description

Friesen Ford in Sutton, NE is hiring a Parts Delivery Driver to support the Parts Department. In this role, you'll drive a dealership van, delivering automotive parts to customers and businesses while using a tablet to manage stops, capture delivery signatures, and photograph completed deliveries, along with handling returns processing upon request.

What You'll Do
  • Drive the dealership van on a defined daily route, delivering parts to wholesale customers, service shops, and businesses
  • Use a tablet to follow the assigned route, confirm deliveries, collect customer signatures, and photograph each completed drop
  • Process parts returns for customers on-route when requested
  • Conduct a basic vehicle inspection at the start of each shift to confirm the van is road-ready
  • Represent Friesen Ford professionally during all customer-facing interactions
  • Assist the parts team with stocking, organizing inventory, and department support when not on a route
  • Follow all company and traffic safety policies at all times

What We're Looking For
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required
  • Prior delivery driving or automotive parts experience preferred
  • Comfortable using a tablet or mobile app for route tracking and delivery confirmation
  • Organized and punctual with solid time management on the road
  • Able to handle route challenges, such as traffic or missing parts, calmly and professionally
  • Clear, courteous communicator with customers and coworkers
  • Familiarity with Ford parts is a plus but not required
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
