Many of our Make Ready team members move into Full-Time Career Paths toward Product Specialists or Automotive Technicians having opportunity to make over $100,000 per year.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain dealer inventory: Effectively and efficiently maintain new and used vehicle inventory appearance and performance
  • Clean vehicles for customer delivery
  • Move vehicles to and from service lane, service stalls, and lots, or as directed by management
  • Prep vehicles for Detail Technicians
  • Ensure all vehicles on the lot are locked, with the windows rolled up, and keys securely stored.
  • Make sure the shop is kept clean
