Toyota of Montgomery is seeking motivated, customer-focused Sales Consultants to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, building relationships, and helping customers find the right vehicle to fit their needs. Successful Sales Consultants are energetic, goal-driven, and committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement & Sales

  • Greet customers promptly and professionally in the showroom, on the lot, and online.
  • Conduct needs assessments to match customers with the right vehicle and ownership solution.
  • Present vehicles, features, benefits, and pricing clearly and confidently.
  • Perform vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
  • Guide customers through the entire purchase process from greeting to delivery.

Lead Management & Follow-Up

  • Respond promptly to internet, phone, and showroom leads.
  • Set and confirm customer appointments.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up via calls, texts, and emails.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system (Elead experience preferred).

Sales Process & Accountability

  • Follow Toyota of Montgomery’s sales process and customer experience standards.
  • Work closely with Sales Managers and F&I to structure deals and ensure smooth transactions.
  • Maintain knowledge of current Toyota models, incentives, and dealership inventory.
  • Achieve individual sales goals, appointment targets, and closing ratios.

Customer Experience

  • Deliver a positive, transparent, and pressure-free buying experience.
  • Ensure customers understand their vehicle features at delivery.
  • Support post-sale follow-up to encourage CSI satisfaction and repeat business.

Qualifications

  • Prior sales or customer service experience preferred (automotive experience is a plus but not required).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a desire to succeed in a performance-based environment.
