Job Summary:
The Sales Consultant at Bomnin Automotive is a customer-focused professional responsible for assisting customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles that meet their needs. This role plays a critical part in achieving sales targets, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring a positive buying experience for customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction:
  • Greet and engage customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Identify customers' needs and preferences, and provide guidance on vehicle options.
  • Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives to showcase features and benefits.
  • Answer questions and address concerns to assist customers in making informed decisions.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on the latest vehicle models and features.

Sales Process:
  • Guide customers through the sales process, including presenting pricing, financing options, and incentives.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions to reach a mutually beneficial agreement.
  • Prepare and review sales contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
  • Collaborate with the finance and insurance team to assist customers in securing financing or lease agreements.

Follow-Up and Relationship Building:
  • Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns.

Position Requirements
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus.

The Sales Consultant primarily works within the showroom and sales floor of Bomnin Automotive. The role involves interaction with customers and collaboration with sales managers and finance professionals.
At-Will Employment:
This is an at-will employment position, which means that either the Sales Consultant or Bomnin Automotive may terminate the employment relationship at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice.
