 is seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Manager to lead our administrative and accounting operations. This role is central to the dealership’s success — ensuring accurate financial processes, smooth workflow, and strong support for both leadership and frontline teams. Key Responsibilities – Office Manager:

  • Oversee daily office operations and administrative workflow
  • Supervise and support office staff, including accounting and title clerks
  • Manage AP/AR, bank deposits, schedules, and reconciliations
  • Ensure accurate posting of deals, inventory, and financial data
  • Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations, including DMV and accounting requirements
