Position Overview:

As a Floor Manager, youโ€™ll not only help customers find their perfect vehicle but also guide them through the entire sales process โ€” from application to contract. Youโ€™ll assist in managing the store's daily operations, support and lead the sales team, and ensure an outstanding customer experience every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide customers through the full vehicle sales process, from application to contract closing.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to current and prospective clients.
  • Prospect new business through social media, customer referrals, dealer connections, and other creative strategies.
  • Respond to and follow up with internet leads; schedule appointments to drive showroom traffic.
  • Assist the Store Manager with inventory control, customer service, and daily operational tasks.
  • Help grow and protect the business through customer relationship management and ethical business practices.
  • Support Mid Florida Financing underwriting policies and guidelines.
  • Coach and assist Sales Advisors with closing deals and overcoming objections.
  • Serve as a key liaison with the Home Office on various business needs.

Requirements:

  • Valid Florida Driverโ€™s License (Required)
