Job description

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented team member to support parts warehouse operations and local delivery services. In this role, you will help ensure parts are received, stocked, organized, and delivered accurately and efficiently to support the needs of a fast-paced dealership environment. The ideal candidate is safety-minded, customer-focused, and comfortable working both in the warehouse and behind the wheel.

What You'll Do
  • Receive, inspect, and stock incoming parts and supplies
  • Pick, pack, and stage parts orders for internal departments and external customers
  • Accurately verify part numbers, quantities, and documentation
  • Load, unload, and organize inventory in the warehouse
  • Deliver parts to customer locations and other designated destinations in a timely manner
  • Maintain vehicle cleanliness, safety, and readiness for daily deliveries
  • Follow established delivery routes, schedules, and traffic laws
  • Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and warehouse organization
  • Communicate professionally with team members, service staff, and customers
  • Support other parts department tasks as needed

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous warehouse, parts, shipping/receiving, or delivery experience is helpful
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
