What is a dealer support manager?

A Dealer Support Manager is a professional who acts as the main point of contact between a company and its network of dealers or distributors. They are responsible for providing guidance, training, and assistance to dealers to ensure smooth operations and strong business relationships. Their role typically involves resolving issues, coordinating communications, and helping dealers meet sales and service targets. Dealer Support Managers also gather feedback from dealers to help improve products, services, and processes. This position is common in industries such as automotive, equipment, and technology.
