Dealer Support Representative

We are hiring a Dealer Support Representative to join our Operations team! Discover if you enjoy working with customers and building strong relationships. As a Dealer Support Representative, you will be responsible for managing assigned dealer accounts with a focus on offering exceptional customer service while working with a team of other Dealer Support Representatives and Dealer Support Clerks to achieve monthly shipment goals. You'll serve as the main point of contact for our dealers and customers and will provide order status, billing, and shipment updates by working with other departments such as Shipping, Finished Goods, and Accounting to resolve questions in a timely manner.

  • Do you enjoy a fast-paced environment? As a Dealer Support Representative, you'll frequently handle multiple tasks such as processing return authorizations per company policy, assisting dealers and customers with part number requests, and preparing export documentation.
  • Are you customer centric? You will be working closely with customers through a relationship-based approach to assist them with orders, other product requests, and promoting Watkins Wellness' products. You'll also work to resolve any customer issues by using strong problem-solving skills in an expedited manner.
  • Are you goal oriented? This position requires you to work both independently and within a strong team environment to achieve results.
  • Are you organized? You will work and coordinate with several other departments to prepare dealer and customer orders for shipment per company's guidelines.
  • Are you detail-oriented? In addition to responding to customer calls and emails, you will also maintain records of order statuses and changes as well as reconcile invoices and sales orders to ensure they are correct.
  • Are you a skilled communicator? We are looking for someone who has excellent phone and email etiquette and can articulate information in a professional and thoughtful manner. In this position, you will interact with dealer, customers and other department personnel on a daily basis.
  • Do you look for process improvement? You'll be asked to suggest how to implement changes that can increase the efficiency of the department.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or other related field is a plus.
  • One to two (1-2) years of related experience in account management, training, or the equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize competing tasks successfully.
  • Basic proficiency level in MS Office applications such Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent phone and email etiquette with the ability to articulate information in a professional and thoughtful manner.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels within the organization as well as strong ability to work in a team environment, are required to be successful in this position.
