Dealership Title Clerk Floater

We currently have a great opportunity for an experienced Automotive Dealership Title Clerk
The position will travel to and from various Automotive Dealerships in a centralized area to process title work based upon need.
Valid Driver's License may be required - MVR {Motor Vehicle Report} maybe obtained to verify a clear driving record or history
We will pay milage for travel

Summary: This is a Title Processing based, experienced level position that directly assists clients with tag and title needs. All applicants must have prior automotive title clerk experience. It also requires, but is not limited to, basic office duties, such as answering phones, filing, and scanning.
Responsibilities and Duties may include some or all of the below:
  • Processing Dealer Trade Title Work.
  • Processing Wholesale title work.
  • Processing Retail Title Work.
  • Processing out of state and exports.
  • Tag Transfers
Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.   • Candidates must have Automotive Dealership Title Clerk Experience.
  • Some knowledge of automotive accounting (i.e. refund, write off, funding, F amp;I Notes).
  • Knowledge of some DMV Software such as CVR, DLRdmv, Reynolds amp; Reynolds, or TitleTec.
  • Travel Required to various locations.

Language Ability:
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one- on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Math Ability:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Education/Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and equivalent combination of education and experience.
