We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our dealership team. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, a passion for automobiles, and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced, commission-based environment. As a Sales Associate, you will guide customers through the vehicle purchasing process, from initial inquiry to final sale, ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
  • Determine customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles
  • Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
  • Explain features, benefits, and financing options to customers
