SUMMARY
We are seeking a Car Wash person with excellent customer service skills and a winning attitude. This individual will receive cars to detail and or wash and this must be done in a time efficient manner coupled with the highest level of quality results.
Responsibilities
  • Wash and or Detail Customer and Dealer automobiles
  • Maintain a clean and operational workstation
  • Interact with customers and employees with a high level of customer service skills
  • Works cooperatively with the sales team
  • Updates customer records as needed
  • Assists in the dealer exchange of vehicle process
  • Participates in customer satisfaction process
  • Participates in customer retention process
