Coughlin Automotive is currently looking to fill our Automotive Deal Processor position for our Corporate location in Pataskala. If you are passionate about the automotive industry and possess the necessary skills to excel as an Automotive Deal Processor, we encourage you to apply and become a part of our dedicated team.
Responsibilities
~Process automotive sales deals efficiently and accurately, ensuring all paperwork is completed
~Reviews deals for accuracy, verifying all money is received for deposits/COD, all after-sell costs are accurate, and all documents for deal and compliance are included
~Process Dealer Trades and Wholesales
~Review inventory schedules & all other pertinent schedules of the deal process for accuracy
~Assist Controller with insuring the correctness of schedules of the Deal Process
Experience
~Previous experience in Automotive Deal Processing
~Dealertrack preferred but not required
~Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy
~Prior Automotive office experience preferable
