Job description

We are seeking a CDL Class A Driver to join our team!
You will be responsible for safely operating a truck with a capacity of at least 26000 pounds Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW).
This is not a dead end CDL driver job
Responsibilities:
  • Safely operate a heavy or tractor-trailer truck
  • Unload cargo
  • Properly track and deliver the product to accounts
  • Report any issues or incidents to Supervisor ASAP
  • Inspect truck before and after trip

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in truck driving or other related fields
  • Commercial driver's license
  • Ability to handle physical workload
  • Strong work ethic

The delivery jobs are very physical jobs. Here are the minimum requirements to do these jobs.
  1. Must be able to lift 50 pounds 600 times per shift
  2. most delivery employees work 600 cases per shift
  3. These are handled case by case
  4. Must be able to stand on your feet for long periods of time
  5. Our shifts are between 8-12 hours per day
  6. Must be able to twist, lift and turn safely while working product.
  7. Stoop and kneeling frequently while working product on the bottom shelves.
  8. Must be able to see long range distances.
  9. Must be able to use a scanner.
  10. Must wear steel toe shoes.
  11. Must pass a DOT physical
