CHEMED Dentists provide culturally-sensitive, comprehensive dental services, sharing care responsibilities and coverage with other team members. CHEMED Dentists must be able to administer routine dental exams, promote oral wellbeing, diagnose oral diseases, craft treatment plans to prevent or heal oral ailments, and interpret diagnostic testing (e.g. X-rays), among other responsibilities. As an integral part of our integrative care team, you will collaborate with multi-specialty practice colleagues. CHEMED employs a state-of-the-art EMR system and enterprise data warehousing, making our Dentist's jobs more convenient and less stressful. Additionally, CHEMED offers very competitive pay, and both full-time and part-time positions are available.
Requirements
The ideal candidate for this position has worked with patients of all ages. Must be proficient in performing regular checkups and is committed to the highest quality of patient care.
Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and provide appropriate dental treatment to patients
• Educate patients and parents of patients on maintaining proper oral health
• Communicate with dental staff on our team regarding patient treatment plans
• Carefully document all medications, diagnoses, treatments and consultations
• Supervise the work of technical and administrative staff
Qualifications:
• DDS or DMD required
• Current license to practice dentistry
• Dedicated to ensuring the highest quality of care to patients
• Excellent communication skills
