Overview: Hiring a Senior Infoblox DDI Engineer to lead enterprise DNS, DHCP, and IPAM services, driving automation, security, and large-scale transformation initiatives within a mission-critical banking infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead DNS, DHCP, IPAM architecture design and lifecycle management (Infoblox NIOS/Grid)
• Design DNSSEC, RPZ, split-horizon, and dual-stack (IPv4/IPv6) architectures
• Architect DHCP failover, scope design, and IPAM governance frameworks
• Drive Microsoft DNS/DHCP to Infoblox migration and IPAM modernization
• Implement automation using WAPI (REST), Python, Ansible, Terraform (IaC)
• Integrate DDI with CI/CD, ServiceNow, and platform engineering tools
• Lead troubleshooting (DNS resolution, propagation, DHCP conflicts, performance)
• Collaborate with F5, network, and security teams for DNS/GSLB and threat integration
• Establish standards, governance, monitoring, and compliance frameworks
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and incident management
Must-Have Skills:
• Infoblox NIOS/Grid (DNS, DHCP, IPAM – enterprise scale)
• DNS expertise: DNSSEC, RPZ, recursion, caching, propagation
• DHCP: failover, lease optimization, policies
• Infoblox WAPI (REST APIs) and automation frameworks
• Python / Ansible / Terraform (Infrastructure-as-Code)
• IPv4/IPv6 addressing, subnetting, and IPAM strategy
