As an Electrical Foreman, you will lead a team of electricians, solve project issues on-site, and work with tools to complete installations. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Project Leadership: Manage on-site operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to DDE's quality standards.
Team Supervision: Oversee a team of electricians, providing guidance, problem-solving, and support throughout installations.
Installation Work: Perform electrical installations and repairs while coordinating and directing crew activities.
Safety Compliance: Uphold safety protocols and conduct regular safety checks, providing a secure work environment for all team members.
Progress Reporting: Document project progress, communicate updates, and collaborate closely with the management team.
The ideal candidate should possess:
License: Must hold a California General Electrician's License.
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of electrical systems, codes, and safety regulations.
Computer Proficiency: Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook) are required; experience with Bluebeam is preferred.
Problem-Solving: Excellent troubleshooting skills, with the ability to resolve on-site issues effectively and maintain project timelines.
Team Player: Strong interpersonal skills, able to work well with a team while also taking initiative in a leadership role.
Physical Stamina: Ability to perform hands-on work, operate tools, and work in a physically demanding environment.
