Your Role as a CNA

Qualifications
  • Active Pennsylvania Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing exceptional resident care

  • Previous experience in senior living, long-term care, rehabilitation, assisted living, memory care, or skilled nursing is preferred but not required.


Pennsylvania Direct Care Staff Certification (DCSC)

  • If you do not currently hold an active Pennsylvania CNA certification, you must obtain the Direct Care Staff Certification (DCSC) before your start date.
