This role sits at the center of our sales and project teams: youโ€™ll create accurate, competitive, and beautifully presented budgets and proposals that help us win automotive showroom projects.What Youโ€™ll DoLead efforts of the production team whose responsibility is to outsource manufacturing of fixtures and printed materials. Department tasks include estimating, supplier selection, quality assurance, on-time delivery, and budget management for a variety of simple to complex projects.Responsibilities:Lead department to drive success on projects. Work closely with sales, design, project management, installation, logistics and client relations, assuring project budgets, schedules, and quality targets are achieved. Act as a technical resource to team members, addressing and resolving inquiries and problems. Provide training within the company. Mentor and develop department team members and manage employees.Supplier ManagementMaintain a supplier base which creates and sustains a competitive advantage, drives innovation, and meets the needs of DCI clientsEstablish, build, and maintain relationships with key suppliersReview and assist in resolving any supplier grievances, claims, conflicts, or quality issuesProduction and EstimatingResponsible for total cost, quality, warranty, and on-time delivery of all production projectsEstimating costs of fixtures and components.
