Job description

Outdoor Network is looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our Distribution Center team in Albany, GA.
As a DC Team Member, you play a direct role in keeping our customers supported and our operations running smoothly. Every order picked, packed, and shipped correctly impacts marine and powersports professionals across our network.
This is a full-time, Monday-Friday position with consistent hours and a team-focused environment. We also rotate team members throughout the day across different warehouse functions so everyone is cross-trained and continuously developing new skills.

What You'll Be Doing
Order Fulfillment
  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Ensure shipments are processed on time and ready for delivery
  • Verify quantities and part numbers before orders leave the building

Receiving & Inventory
  • Receive inbound inventory and verify accuracy
  • Process stock and customer-specific orders into warehouse systems
  • Maintain strict inventory controls to support accuracy
  • Identify and report discrepancies when found

Rotational Cross-Training
  • Rotate between picking, packing, receiving, and other operational tasks
  • Learn multiple areas of the Distribution Center
  • Support teammates across departments during high-volume periods

Team Collaboration & Safety
  • Communicate openly with co-workers and supervisors
  • Follow all safety rules and warehouse procedures
  • Operate warehouse equipment responsibly and according to company policy

Additional Responsibilities
  • Assist with other warehouse duties as needed
