Culinary Administrator Position Jos Andrs restaurants have always been centered around our original mission, Change the World through the Power of Food! From fast-casual to fine dining and everything in between, TFG'ers know they all play a critical role in the overall success of our brands. We are looking for a full-time hourly Culinary Administrator to join our Team in our mission to Change the World through the Power of Food! The position will report directly to the People Director. Responsibilities/Tasks - Serve as liaison between BOH and FOH (Executive chef, Sales Team, Booking, Production) - Input and communicate weekly work schedules for the back-of-house team members - Maintain communication with Chef regarding menus and quantifications. Adjust on a rolling basis as needed - Update and maintain catering system database of menu items - Reconcile invoices for BOH staffing - Reconcile and submit monthly expenses - Follow up with the Executive Chef about vendor invoices and submit to accounting once approved - Place orders for specialty ingredients with vendors - Create event binders for the onsite event teams, including printouts of the site menu, staffing needs for the event, and equipment lists - Take photos of dishes prepared during tastings for later reference - Coordinate all R&M vendor calls for service during regular office hours - Managing building access and PTW logs. - Monitoring office supplies and ordering new stationery as required. - Conduct audits on employee files/paperwork - Perform weekly AP tasks, including invoice entry in the restaurant management systems like Compeat and Craftable - Administrative assistance with document verification, clocking in/out, PTO submission, hourly payroll processing - Manage the hourly staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding - Maintain internal records by preparing, issuing, and filing documentation - Ensure orientations and training schedules are followed consistently - Protect the organization's value by keeping information confidential.

Skills - Proven track of Hospitality/ Restaurant experience - People-oriented and results-driven - Knowledge of restaurant systems and databases - Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills - Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
