Position Overview
Client is seeking an experienced Sr. OCI / Oracle Analytics Engineer on behalf of our direct client. This is an urgent requirement for a seasoned technical professional with deep expertise in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Oracle Analytics Cloud, and data integration technologies. The ideal candidate will serve as a subject matter expert driving cloud architecture, analytics delivery, and operational excellence.
Core Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and maintain Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) environments including compute, networking, storage, and security configurations.
- Develop and manage OCI Data Integration (OCI-DI) and Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) pipelines for ETL/ELT processes.
- Build, configure, and support Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), OBIEE, BIP, and BICC reporting solutions.
- Write, optimize, and maintain Oracle PL/SQL stored procedures, packages, functions, and database objects.
- Configure and manage SFTP mount points, OCI Object Storage buckets, policies, and IAM permissions.
- Develop Python scripts for automation, data processing, and operational workflows.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and debugging of production issues across the OCI stack.
- Administer and troubleshoot both Windows and Linux operating systems within cloud and hybrid environments.
