Schedule:  Wednesday - Sunday 6:00 am - 11:00 am (25 weekly hours)
Pay: $20.00 per hour,  Paid Weekly

Our Day Porters are the heartbeat of our sites-keeping spaces clean, welcoming, and ready for business every single day. If you take pride in your work and enjoy being on the move, this role is for you!

What You'll Do

As a Day Porter, you'll be the eyes and ears of the property, making sure everything looks its best:

  • Keep the property clean and presentable throughout the day
  • Pick up trash and empty receptacles
  • Sweep, mop, dust, and wipe down surfaces
  • Clean restrooms and high-traffic areas
  • Clean exterior doors, windows, and windowsills
  • Remove      debris like stickers, gum, spills, and graffiti
  • Walk the property regularly to inspect cleanliness
  • Report maintenance or repair needs to your supervisor
  • Always use required safety equipment (we've got you covered!)

Requirements

? What We're Looking For

You might be a great fit if you are:

  • A strong communicator in English or Spanish - both written and verbal
  • Familiar with using a mobile device (such as cell phone or tablet) regularly for time keeping and document review
  • Enjoys providing friendly customer service 
  • Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable working independently
  • Physically active and enjoy being on your feet outdoors
  • Experienced in janitorial, custodial, or porter work (preferred-but not required!)

Physical Requirements:

  • On your feet throughout the shift
  • Bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching, pushing, pulling
  • Lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs
  • Walking stairs and large properties regularly
