Position Summary
Performance Indoor Training (PIT+), established in 2015, operates elite indoor soccer facilities in Frisco and Plano, with more than 30 fields and 40,000 square feet of training space across programs spanning personal training, leagues, camps, and tournaments. The Front Desk Representative is the first point of contact for players, parents, coaches, and guests at our Frisco location. This role delivers a welcoming, professional, and organized experience by managing check-ins, answering inquiries, processing registrations and payments, and supporting the day-to-day operation of the facility. The ideal candidate is friendly, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced sports environment.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Services & Front Desk
•     Greet and check in players, teams, parents, and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
•     Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries about the PIT Soccer Academy, camps, youth and adult leagues, Open Play, Iron City Cup tournaments, field rentals, birthday parties, and corporate events.
•     Provide accurate information about pricing, schedules, registration, and facility policies.
•     Resolve routine customer questions and concerns, escalating complex issues to the Facility Manager.

Registration & Scheduling
•     Process academy, league, camp, and tournament registrations using DaySmart Rec.
•     Assist customers with online and in-person sign-ups, waivers, and account setup.
•     Support field rental, birthday party, and event bookings and maintain accurate scheduling records.
•     Verify rosters, payments, and eligibility as needed.

Point of Sale & Cash Handling
•     Process payments accurately through DaySmart Rec and Square POS systems.
•     Handle concessions sales and retail transactions as needed.
•     Follow established cash-handling, drawer reconciliation, and petty cash procedures.
•     Maintain accurate transaction records and report discrepancies promptly.

Facility Support
•     Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable front desk and lobby area.
•     Monitor facility access and ensure only authorized individuals enter restricted areas.
•     Complete opening and closing procedures, including securing the front desk and equipment.
•     Communicate facility issues, supply needs, and maintenance concerns to the Facility Manager.
•     Support staff and coaches with administrative tasks as directed.

Qualifications
Required
•     High school diploma or equivalent.
•     Prior customer service, front desk, or retail experience.
•     Strong verbal and written communication skills.
•     Comfortable using computers, scheduling software, and point-of-sale systems.
•     Reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
•     Ability to remain calm, courteous, and organized in a busy environment.
