Our housekeeping team plays one of the most important roles in the hotel by ensuring every guest walks into a room they can feel good about. Position Summary
As a Room Attendant, you are responsible for creating a welcoming environment by thoroughly cleaning and preparing guest rooms to meet Wyndham brand standards. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality help ensure every guest enjoys a comfortable and memorable stay.
Responsibilities
  • Clean and service guest rooms according to hotel and Wyndham brand standards
  • Make beds, replace linens and towels, and replenish guest room amenities
  • Vacuum, dust, sanitize, and clean bathrooms and all guest room surfaces
  • Report maintenance concerns or damaged items promptly
  • Ensure housekeeping carts and storage areas remain clean, organized, and stocked
  • Follow all safety, security, and cleaning procedures
  • Respond to guest requests with professionalism and courtesy
  • Work efficiently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and quality
  • Support fellow team members and assist in other areas of the hotel when needed
  • Attend required meetings and training sessions
Qualifications
  • Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred but not required-we're happy to train the right person
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality work

Physical Requirements
