Job Description
We are seeking a meticulous and adaptable Housekeeper to contribute to the creating a best-in-class experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will possess an eye for detail, a passion for customer service, and a commitment to maintaining the cleanliness and integrity of our property. If you are a dedicated, hard-working individual with a passion for hospitality and a commitment to maintaining the highest level of cleanliness, we would love to consider you to be a part of our team.
Responsibilities:
  • Greet all guests and owners with a friendly smile during your shifts and while on property.
  • Handle assigned guest rooms in a timely and organized manner, ensuring all rooms are clean, sanitized, and presentable.
  • Regularly checking and maintaining cleaning equipment.
  • Using appropriate cleaning chemicals and equipment to clean guest rooms.
  • Notifying superiors of any damage, deficits, or disturbances within rooms.
  • Provide amenities and handle guest requests with professionalism and patience.
  • Respect guest privacy and maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Adhere to hotel/resort standards, protocols and procedures and comply with all safety and health regulations.

Qualifications
Requirements:
  • Must be able to lift 35lbs and work in outdoor weather conditions
  • Required to pass a background check, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States
  • Flexible working hours, able to work on weekends, holidays, and evenings

Qualifications:
  • Driver's License (Preferred)
  • Have stamina to meet physical demands of the job (i.e., push, pull, bend, kneel, walk stairs, lift)
  • Proven experience as a housekeeper or a similar role in a hotel environment is an advantage but not required. Training will be provided for suitable candidates
  • Attention to detail and thoroughness in performing cleaning tasks
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Positive attitude and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests, management, and coworkers
