Property Readiness HousemanMountaineer Cleaning & Maintenance (MCM)Sevier County, TNStarting at $19/hour | Full-Time | Four 10-Hour ShiftsIf your idea of a good workday is sitting at a desk wondering when lunch is...this probably isn't your job.If you'd rather stay moving, solve problems, work independently, and be the person who saves the day before guests arrive, keep reading.At Mountaineer Cleaning & Maintenance, we're looking for a Property Readiness Houseman - the person who keeps vacation rentals guest-ready when things don't go according to plan.One minute you might be delivering fresh linens to a cabin. The next, you're replacing batteries in a smart lock, swapping an air filter, restocking supplies, or fixing a small issue that could have become a bad guest review.No two days are the same, and honestly, that's exactly how we like it.What You'll Be DoingYou'll spend your day driving between vacation rental properties throughout Sevier County helping our inspection, housekeeping, and maintenance teams keep cabins ready for guests.Responsibilities include:Delivering linens, towels, supplies, and owner itemsResponding to inspection callbacksRestocking missing suppliesReplacing batteries, light bulbs, and air filtersCompleting small property resetsTaking clear completion photos and documenting your workKeeping your work vehicle organized and stockedCommunicating with dispatch throughout the daySolving problems before guests ever know they existedYou're not expected to be an electrician, plumber, or contractor. We have departments for that.You're also not here to become the replacement cleaner every time someone has a bad day.You're here to keep properties ready and operations moving.What We're Looking ForWe're searching for someone who:Likes working independentlyDoesn't wait around to be told every next stepCan prioritize multiple tasks without panickingIs dependable enough that we don't have to wonder if you're showing upTakes pride in doing things correctly the first timeCommunicates well with coworkers and leadershipDoesn't mind driving throughout Sevier CountyCan lift 40–50 poundsHas a valid driver's license and a clean driving recordExperience in hospitality, housekeeping, maintenance, delivery, or property services is a big plus - but a strong work ethic matters even more.ScheduleChoose one of our four-day workweeks:Option AFriday–Monday8:00 AM – 6:30 PMOption BSunday–Wednesday8:00 AM – 6:30 PMYes, weekends are part of the job.
