Job Title: Weekend Housekeeper (Experienced Only – Paid Per Room)
Location: Best Western Montrose Inn – Montrose, CO
Job Type: Part-Time – Weekends Required (Saturday & Sunday Required), Weekdays as needed through busy season.
Compensation:
Paid per room (C/O & S/O) – Competitive rates based on productivity, quality, and consistency.
Job Summary:
Best Western Montrose Inn is seeking a highly experienced, efficient, and detail-driven Housekeeper for our weekend team. This is a fast-paced, production-based position best suited for individuals who are confident in their ability to maintain exceptional cleaning standards while meeting high room counts.
This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for professionals who can consistently deliver top-quality work under time expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and prepare guest rooms to Best Western brand standards and property expectations
  • Strip and remake beds, dust, vacuum, fully sanitize guest rooms and bathrooms, and restock amenities
  • Maintain strict attention to detail and cleanliness in every room
  • Meet daily production expectations (up to 20 rooms per shift)
  • Identify and report maintenance issues or lost items immediately
  • Follow all safety procedures and proper chemical handling guidelines
Requirements:
  • Previous hotel housekeeping experience required (no exceptions)
  • Must be available to work both Saturdays and Sundays consistently
  • Proven ability to clean up to 20 rooms per shift efficiently and thoroughly
  • Strong time management and ability to work independently
  • Must meet high cleanliness and inspection standards
  • Physically able to bend, lift, push carts, and remain on feet for extended periods
  • Reliable transportation and consistent attendance required
