We are seeking a compassionate and flexible Daycare Floater to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate will provide supportive coverage across various classrooms, ensuring a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for children of different ages. Responsibilities

  • Provide coverage in multiple classrooms as needed, assisting lead teachers and staff with daily activities
  • Support children’s developmental needs through engaging play, learning activities, and supervision
  • Assist with classroom management and behavior guidance to promote a positive environment
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times by adhering to safety protocols and policies
  • Help with diapering, feeding, and nap routines for infants and toddlers
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of classroom materials and spaces
  • Support children with special needs or disabilities by implementing individualized care plans when necessary
  • Participate in ongoing training related to early childhood education, first aid, and behavior management

Requirements
