Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
  • 1-2 years' experience as a personal care assistant, sitter or personal companion
  • First Aid/CPR Certification
  • Must be at least 21 years of age with a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and provide proof of state minimum auto insurance
  • Comfort level accessing basic computer applications
  • CNA Certification a plus

Hours

  • May require working long hours or hours outside of the normal work week
  • May be designated essential personnel in the event of emergency situations, including hurricanes, evacuation, fire, flood, etc., and be required to remain on campus for the duration of the emergency
