Ultrasound Tech - RDMS (ARDMS)
Virtus Healthcare Staffing is searching for a dedicated and skilled Ultrasound Tech to join our partner, a medical center in Ottumwa, IA. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional to provide high-quality diagnostic imaging while enjoying a great work-life balance with a 4.5-day work week . Position Overview
As an Ultrasound Technologist, you will play a critical role in providing quality ultrasound studies that assist radiologists in the diagnosis of patient illness. Your expertise will be used to perform a wide variety of exams, including abdominal, obstetric (OB), vascular, neonatal, pelvis, breast, and testicular small parts. This position is ideal for a professional who is passionate about delivering accurate and timely diagnostic services.
Qualifications
  • Required Qualifications:
    • Graduate of an accredited Sonography program or school of Radiology is required.
    • You must have a current license from the American Association of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) certification.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Obstetric and gynecologic ultrasound skills are preferred.
    • Training in maternal family medicine is also preferred.
