Why Join Us?

  • Flexible Scheduling: Enjoy a work-life balance with full-time and part-time options that suit your needs.

  • Positive Culture: Be part of a supportive and fun environment where teamwork and celebrations—like quarterly outings and holiday events—are part of the norm.

  • Comprehensive Health Coverage: Health, dental, and vision benefits to keep you and your family covered.

  • Time Off to Recharge: PTO, sick leave, and even a special day off to celebrate your birthday—because your day deserves to be special!

Your Role:

  • Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients in home, school, and community-based environments.

  • Implement individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA.

  • Collect and record data during each session to track client progress.

  • Write clear, detailed session notes to document outcomes and improvements.

  • Work collaboratively with supervisors, peers, and caregivers to promote learning and skill development.

What You Bring:

  • Active RBT certification through the BACB.

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.

  • Commitment to supporting the needs of clients in a compassionate and professional manner.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Reliable transportation for commuting to client locations.

At Acclimate ABA, we believe in creating an environment where every team member feels valued and supported while making a meaningful impact. Join us and take the next step in your career as an integral part of a dedicated, passionate team.
