Hourly Wages:

$25 - $35/hour

Qualifications & Skills:
  • RBT Certification (required)
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Fluency in Spanish (required)

Duties of the RBT:
  • Provide high-quality, interactive ABA therapy directly to clients of varying ages in a variety of settings, including the client’s home, school, and/or community.
  • Help learners gain life skills that will increase their independence (e.g., communication, daily living, potty training, social/emotional skills, play skills, vocational skills).
  • Teach learners new communication skills and replacement behaviors using evidence-based techniques to reduce challenging behaviors.
  • Collect accurate data and meet data collection requirements for services provided, as well as write detailed session notes to inform decisions made by BCBAs.
  • Reliably attend scheduled sessions.
  • Participate in ongoing training.
