Loss Prevention Manager

A well-established, multi-location supermarket group is seeking a Loss Prevention Manager to drive consistent security standards, curb losses, and lead investigations across its stores and related properties. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on fieldwork and making a direct impact—not just supervising guards but actively investigating incidents and partnering with store teams.

  • Company vehicle or mileage reimbursement
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage
  • Opportunity to work with a stable, growing retailer

Loss Prevention Manager Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bilingual English/Spanish required
  • Multi-site experience in retail, grocery, or big box loss prevention
  • Demonstrated experience with hands-on investigations and managing security systems
  • Comfortable traveling regularly between store locations and responding to incidents as needed

Loss Prevention Manager Preferred Background & Skills

  • Experience in managing camera, alarm, and access control systems and vendors
  • Familiarity with training retail teams on shrink and theft prevention practices

Loss Prevention Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Investigate theft, fraud, cash, and receiving issues across multiple store locations
  • Manage and coordinate camera, alarm, and access control systems—including relationships with vendors
  • Train store teams in theft prevention protocols and cash control best practices
  • Prepare thorough documentation for ownership, HR, and law enforcement as required

If you are passionate about field-based security management and eager to help shape best practices for a respected retail leader, this could be the right career move for you.
