Helping Hearts USA LLC

Helping Hearts USA LLC is currently hiring a compassionate, dependable, and professional caregiver to support a client in Charlotte, Tennessee (37036).

This opportunity is ideal for someone who is personable, attentive, patient, and enjoys building meaningful connections through companionship and active daily engagement. The client enjoys being outdoors, spending time in the yard, and participating in activities that help keep him engaged throughout the day. We are seeking a caregiver who is comfortable supporting these interests while maintaining safety, professionalism, and respect at all times.

The ideal caregiver will provide companionship, supervision, and non-medical support while encouraging participation in outdoor activities and daily routines. Candidates should be observant, reliable, and able to promote both engagement and safety in the home and community environment.

Position Details
  • Location: Charlotte, TN 37036

  • Schedule: 3 to 4 days per week

  • Days: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday

  • Hours: 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM or 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM

  • Shift Length: 4 to 6 hours per shift

Responsibilities
  • Provide companionship and social engagement

  • Support outdoor time and yard-related activities

  • Assist with daily routines and non-medical care needs

  • Assist with light housekeeping and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment

  • Support meal preparation and simple food-related assistance as needed
