As a Security Officer Patrol Concierge in Morrisville, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:
  • Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related policies, and/or emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
  • Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, common areas, and perimeter to help identify hazards, unsecured areas, and other security-related issues.
  • Monitor entrances, exits, and visitor activity to help support authorized access, provide directions, and report suspicious behavior in accordance with site protocols.
  • Assist with security-related responses involving staff, visitors, and/or deliveries while maintaining professionalism and clear communication in a healthcare environment.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Access control and badge experience is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
