Charter Steel is looking for a DAY shift Banding Operator - $2,000 Sign on bonus!

Banding | Day Shift (5AM - 5PM) | $24.25/hr
  • Enter and monitor order data into the computer.
  • Accurately identify coils by printing and applying tags throughout the process.
  • Operate coil compactor and other coil handling equipment.
  • Operate hydraulic and pneumatic hand tools.
  • Operate a forklift.
  • Teamwork & communication is essential in this role
  • Follow all safety & quality procedures
  • Frequent standing, walking, kneeling. Push/pull, and lifting up to 20lbs. Reaching over 15" away from your body

  • Forklift & Overhead Crane experience is a plus!
