At Love's, our Truck Wash Shift Lead plays a key role in overseeing daily operations and ensuring a clean, efficient, and customer-focused truck wash experience. This position supports team members during the shift, maintains equipment and cleanliness standards, and ensures that all procedures are followed for quality and safety.
Job Functions:
  • Lead and support truck wash team members during assigned shifts.
  • Ensure trucks are washed to company standards and customer expectations.
  • Monitor equipment functionality and perform basic troubleshooting or report issues.
  • Maintain a clean, organized wash bay and surrounding work area.
  • Assist with training new team members in procedures, safety, and customer service.
  • Communicate effectively with drivers and internal teams to coordinate service flow.
  • Must be able to talk, hear, move around, lift up to 50 pounds, see clearly to perform job duties, and work in various temperatures.
