Job Description
We are seeking a Cage Wash Technician to support daily operations in a clean, controlled laboratory environment. This role focuses on sanitation, compliance, and maintaining equipment used in animal research settings while following strict standard operating procedures (SOPs). The technician will ensure proper cleaning, staging, and tracking of cages and lab equipment while supporting overall lab functionality. Responsibilities:
• Wash, sanitize, and stage animal cages, racks, bottles, and related equipment according to SOPs

• Maintain a clean, safe workspace and follow PPE requirements and hazard guidelines
• Assist animal care staff with room turnover and supply support as needed

• Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, bending, lifting, and pushing/pulling equipment
